No. Never. This is the most important thing we tell every client: we operate on a draft-first model. Every email that goes out, you see it first. You review the draft, edit it if you want, and you click send. We never auto-send anything. The AI writes. You decide. Every time.
Discovery to go-live in 3-5 business days. Day 1 is the setup call. Days 2-3 are configuration and workflow build. Days 3-5 are the QA pilot where you see everything before it goes live. By the end of the week, your core operations are running on autopilot.
We connect to the tools you already use. Starter includes Gmail or Outlook. Growth adds calendar sync, CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Notion CRM), marketing workflows, research support, and lead qualification automation. We can also extend into your docs, project tools, and reporting stack around how your business actually works.
Every draft response is surfaced to you for review before it sends. You'll see the draft, the original email it's responding to, and any context we've added. You can approve it as-is, edit it, or skip it entirely. Nothing leaves your inbox without your explicit action.
Growth plan clients get custom integration consultation as part of the package. We can build bespoke prioritization rules, custom follow-up triggers, and specialized workflows for your specific operation. For more complex automations, we quote those separately.

Growth is the full platform: inbox plus marketing support, research, meeting prep, CRM, calendar, lead qualification, and a weekly strategy call. The difference is $220/month. Most founders who look at both choose Growth because the value delta is obvious.
Yes. We offer annual billing at roughly 15% off (shown on the pricing page). We also occasionally offer multi-month commitment deals - ask about this on your setup call.
Easy - you just let us know and we upgrade you immediately. The setup work is already done so there's no new onboarding. Most clients upgrade within the first 30 days once they see what's possible.
We use OAuth (the same standard Google and Stripe use) - we never see or store your passwords. All data is encrypted in transit. We don't sell your data or use your emails to train AI models. Yes. Month-to-month structures mean you can switch plans, upgrade to Growth or Executive, move down to Starter, or cancel entirely - all with no penalty. Just let us know.
3–5 business days total. Day 1 is a 30-minute call where we learn how you work. Days 2–3 we configure your AI, build your workflows, and set up your morning brief. Days 4–5 you review sample drafts and briefs, give feedback, and we refine before going live.
The AI reads your emails to understand context and generate drafts. Members of our team do not read your emails unless you specifically ask us to troubleshoot something and give explicit permission. Your email content is never used to train models or shared with third parties.
You can mark specific senders, email addresses, or entire domains as 'do not draft' and we skip them entirely — no drafts generated, no AI processing. You have full control over which threads the AI works on.
Yes. We'll prorate any unused time. If you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day cycle, we refund the unused half. No surprises, no minimum notice required — just let us know.
