Pilotier is built so we hold as little of your data as possible. Each system is a dedicated, isolated instance running through your own accounts and API keys — and it can move fully in-house whenever you choose.
1. What we collect
When you request an audit or contact us, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, business name, phone number (if provided), and your description of how your business runs. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — aggregate data like pages viewed, rough location, and device type. We don't use advertising trackers and we don't sell visitor data.
2. How we use it
We use your submission to prepare your audit and respond to you. Audit submissions are stored in our form database so we can follow up. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties, except the infrastructure providers needed to run this website and deliver email.
3. A dedicated, isolated system per client
Each client's AI operating system runs as its own isolated instance on a dedicated private server — never shared with other clients, and connected through your own accounts and your own API keys. Your system can be migrated onto a machine at your business whenever you choose; it is built to be portable. Outside of operating your system, Pilotier does not copy your business data elsewhere or use it for anything else.
4. Credentials and API keys
Connections are set up together on install day using accounts and API keys that belong to you. We do not keep your passwords. You can revoke any connection at any time from your side — through your email provider or your API dashboard.
5. AI processing
Installed systems are built on Claude (Anthropic). Content processed by the system — like emails it drafts replies to — is handled under Anthropic's data processing terms via API keys registered to you. We configure systems with providers that do not train models on your API data.
6. Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion at any time. Email noah@getpilotier.com and we'll respond within a few business days. Installed clients can also request migration of their system in-house, or full deletion of their dedicated instance.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, active clients get an email before the change takes effect.
